Pink Cowboy = you, a group of mates, warm summer's day, long lunch (or in the pool) - screaming with fresh strawberries, watermelon, a little rosewater. It’s super juicy, generous and dangerously sessionable. Made with Cabernet, with some Viognier and Pinot Gris thrown in off our Vineyard - the 2025 is in super limited quantities… I'm going to race the 2026 through ASAP

Serve chilled (fridge/esky cold). Pair with beach days, some KFC fried chicken, lamb salad at lunch, a bucket of prawns, or nothing at all….. Pink Cowboy rides solo just fine.
