Pink Cowboy = you, a group of mates, warm summer's day, long lunch (or in the pool). It’s super juicy, generous and dangerously sessionable. Made with Cabernet, with some Viognier and Pinot Gris thrown in off our Vineyard - the 2025 is in super limited quantities… I'm going to race the 2026 through ASAP 

Serve chilled (fridge/esky cold). Pair with beach days, some KFC fried chicken, lamb salad at lunch, a bucket of prawns, or nothing at all….. Pink Cowboy rides solo just fine.  More slippery than satin sheets on a Sunday
