2024 Pink Fizz Pet Nat

This has been a crowd pleaser in the cellar door... a super fizzy little fella, read: open me over the sink as I can gush a bit!  100% Nebbiolo juice, super limited quantity, pretty sure we only did about 500 bottles or something.  Clean tasting, bit more savoury characters, bone dry!
